The East Bay Municipal Utility District is excited to host a four-day QWEL classes series. At this time, the QWEL class is being offered to attendees FREE of charge.
The training provides landscape professionals with 20 hours of education on soil and sustainability principles; plant water needs; irrigation system design and maintenance; and irrigation system programming and operation. In order to obtain QWEL certification, individuals must demonstrate their ability to perform an irrigation system audit and pass an exam. Those who earn their QWEL certification will be listed as a Certified Professional on the QWEL and U.S. EPA WaterSense websites.

Attendees will receive a copy of the QWEL reference manual, which can also be downloaded here. The QWEL manual consists of the following ten section topics:
