This virtual Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL) Training is sponsored by the City of Aspen and registration is free for local landscape professionals in the Roaring Fork Valley.
Course curriculum will be taught by Norris Design and Irrigation Analysis. By registering for this class, you agree to attend all sessions listed below. To pass the QWEL course participants must complete a virtual irrigation audit and pass the QWEL exam.
This virtual QWEL training will be held over the course of a full week from November 16th - 20th with two session per day from 8am - 10am and from 2pm - 4pm for a total of 10 sessions and 20hrs of class time (including the final exam).
QWEL graduates are certified to perform third party irrigation audits as specified by the City of Aspen's Water Efficient Landscaping Standards and will be listed for hire on the City of Aspen, QWEL, and EPA WaterSense websites.
